Mutual of Omaha was my lender for my recent Reverse Mortgage transaction. Everything was done in a timely manner. I do recommend working directly with a Loan Officer in person versus over the phone, but your area may be out of the way where you cannot do that. The fact that they are also servicing my Reverse Mortgage makes me feel content. As a borrower, you will always be asked for more paperwork, it's just a part of life so just expect it. Thank you for such great service on my loan.

worst experience ever, if you are looking to refinance or purchase a home don't look at this company. they don't know what they are doing, will not keep you updated will not be professional. don't waste your time, they will ask you for the same document ten times and still will not close as they promise. very disappointing.

Mutual of Omaha Mortgage ("MMI") contact the business line once it received your review and learned that your loan officer was working diligently to close your loan. According to our files, your loan successfully funded on August 29, 2022. It does not appear that any of the loan file request were duplicative. Terrible company to deal with. Gave all the information to the agent regarding obtaining a reverse mortgage. The agent NEVER called me back but made sure to run the credit report so that it affected my credit score. I tried to call them back, text, NO RETURN COMMUNICATIONS!!! Do the agents get commission on getting applications and running credit reports then never contact the applicant again?!?!?!?!?!?

Sad to say they have a very bad habit of bait and switch. I was promised everything I need to refinance for a major expansion on my property. And was cut short on what I was promised by a hole lot of money. The person was polite and sound very professional but the lies came out at closing, which I did not go through. CANCELED!
