Worst experience as a realtor I've ever had with a Lender. *************************** from the ********** ** office failed to return a number of emails and phone calls with messages left. This was during a time sensitive period and as a result she almost cost my buyer his escrow money. Technically due to her lack of communication he lost it per contract however I was able to fight on my own and get Zillow to refund it. Could not follow simple instructions and failed to update us in a timely manner on a deal that fell apart ... read more
The process was clearly communicated and we received responses to our questions within minutes, even outside of normal business hours. We moved quickly through all phases of the refinance, and closed earlier than expected.
My cashout refi was handled by everyone at Mutual of Omaha and the closing went smoothly. ****** at Mutual of Omaha was exceptional. He kept me advised of the progress and answered all my questions. I am very pleased with everyone I spoke with at Mutual of Omaha.
