We had a poor selling experience with Mustard. We did eventually sell our house but only because we ended up communicating with all the agents, solicitors and buyers ourselves. Tom is a nice guy. James is a good salesman and will get you viewings... but if you have chain complications or you need a sales progressor to act in your interest and actually see a sale through, forget it. I absolutely and genuinely cannot fault Mustard Estate Agents. From the very first meeting, Roger was positive, engaging and very enthusiastic. Everything you want from a company that is representing your house in the best possible light. They stood out a mile from the other estate agents we considered. We then had a suitable offer within 2 weeks of being on the market!
