The big fancy building masks a showroom that feels more like a pawn shop than a specialty auto parts store. Worse was the fact that no staff greeted me or even asked if I needed help. Guess I'll take my business elsewhere.
We ordered some parts at the end of June to put on my Mustang before Mustang Week. After never receiving my order several week we contacted UPS & found out they had delivered it, but never got it. UPS informed us that they would have to talk to Mustangs Unlimited to start an investigation. We have talked with Mustangs Unlimited three times, the last time talking to Ray, I can not remember the first person we talked to.
