Everything is always back ordered
I ordered a parking brake kit which they said was available. When my items arrived, the two back cables were listed as backordered cancelled. I was waiting on these parts to complete my brake job. Now I have to find the cables elsewhere. Last time I order from these folks.
After ordering parts for the last several years to rebuild 3 cars, they want to argue over the 5% membership discount. Last week when ordering parts, they said the combined discount no longer applies - either Holiday discount or membership so ordered online to get the higher Holiday discount. This week they said my membership discount had expired in early 2016 - although orders were placed multiple times in 2016/2017 with them manually entering 5% off (online you can't add your membership discount). Always dealt with GA store. Never had issues.. They price matched another store for same parts in the past. Just tried to buy more parts.. And straight up told no they wont price match. Same part numbers also.. Guess other stores want my money more. Have a right notion to return the thousands of dollars in unused parts as it is now.. Better customer service GA.. This isnt the first time peiple have had issues.. Need to step it up
