Bought a PA alternator in less than a month it goes bad has me on the side of the road stuck with a car I can't leave Call these guys asking can I have someone bring it to swap it get nothing but attitude on the phone They tell me they have to send it to manufacturer to confirm it's bad Basically they offered no help or refund till proven bad Went to Auto Zone got one cheaper with lifetime warranty and if it goes bad they will pay install
They got what you need. Fast service, knowledgeable staff. They even took the items to my car and help load them.
This place is a joke I used to come here a lot a few years ago but now it doesn't matter what year model what part or anything that I come there to get they do not have in stock I called today to get some head gaskets for a 302 for 87 mustang not only did they not have it they did not have one single head gasket for 302 in the store the guy told me LOL either he doesn't know what the hell he's doing or that is a sad store! Purchased dash pad for 67 cougar I'm restoring (Poor quality) along with $2,600 plus worth of parts. Cracked (split 2" on corners at windsheild) sitting in garage (installed on dash) while waiting to go to upholstery. Contacted company & was told it had been an issue & would refund or exchange. 2 months went by due to vacation & illness in family. Contacted Eddie when I got ready to do something about problem & was told it had been to long. I'll find another vendor to supply parts for remainder of my restoration.
