Went to see Arran a couple of times as I had started running but getting pain in my Lower back and hamstrings. Absolutely brilliant, he patiently listened to me and understood where the pain was from. After a couple of sessions back ache is better and my running has improved. Will definitely be going back. Highly recommended.
