Craig has been fantastic at improving a long term issue with nerve pain in my arm caused by RSI, whilst also fixing other issues with my back, neck and shoulders that have cropped up along the way! I travel from Bishop’s Stortford to see him and if that isn’t a recommendation for how good he is I’m not sure what else will convince you! After hurting my back a few times over the years and doing it yet again. My daughter suggested I visit Craig. Most definitely the best thing I've done. I first met Craig when he was recommended by a friend, I’d had persistent pain in my left hamstring for 4 years. After five sessions of deep muscle massage the pain started to decrease. That was 8 months ago and I have been pain free since. My recent visit was to address tightness in the muscles across my shoulders which I am pleased to say, has been totally successful.
