I ordered some flowers for the Birth of my granddaughter. These were very special as she was born just after my mum passed away. I discussed this with the staff member who took my order. The card that was sent with the flowers was terrible. No care, thought, or even grammar or punctuation was used. Written in pencil on both sides of the card.
