Some stuffs are incredibly unhelpful and rude, will lie about sending the prescription and are completely indifferent to patients‘health, very disappointing

Waited 3 weeks for an appointment, GP was super unhelpful and actually just rude, told me to make another appointment if things got more severe, refused to write me a prescription saying I can just buy it instead (£20+) and was desperate to get me out as quickly as possible.

I don't understand why this practice gets a bad review rating because everytime I've had an issue, the receptionists have been nothing but helpful and so have the doctors. Friendly, knowledgeable and professional

Absolutely horrible - do NOT register at this practice specially if you are a student. I have been trying to get an appointment with my GP for 3 months now. The reception staff is extremely unhelpful. They do not offer same day or next day appointments when you call. Even though their phone menu claims so. Even in emergencies they just tell me to call in the morning next day and they'd see if they can fit me in. Time to change my surgery.
