Gareth arrived at the time he said he would, just a day after phoning him. I sent photos of the broken toilet cistern and he sent a quote quickly. I agree with another review that he was transparent about cost. He did the job efficiently and made sure I checked the work before he left. He tidied up well and was very pleasant.
