Horrible service and doesn't work well with your health insurance. There staff are the worst, rude and unwilling to work with their clients. I imagine the only reason they are in business is because they one of the very few Blue Cross Blue Shield HMO gastroenteritis. They know that anyone who has the BCBS HMO doesn't have a choice but to see them and they treat you like that. If you have any choice, I highly recommend finding another office.
Dr. Murray has taken care of my family for several years. He is always kind and professional. Office staff are very professional and expedient. My adult son with special needs has ongoing GI issues and Dr. Murray has done a great job with him.
Mark Murray has a God complex. He is too involved in himself to take care of his patients. I have had severe stomach pain for two years. I ended up admitted to the ER who referred me back to Murray. When I called to make the follow up appointment he staff told me he felt the appointment was wasting his time. He will not call back if your having problems and will not prescribe anything for pain. He expects you to just suffer. I would not recommend him to anyone for any reason.
