First, I’d like to say that his receptionist was incredibly kind and helpful. The two nurses I had interactions with were also friendly, helpful and made me feel welcome. From the second Dr. Murray walked in his entire tone and body language made me feel like he didn’t want to be there. No follow up questions, no sympathy, no bedside manner. Great staff, great doctor, great experience!
He listened and responded to questions. I was given the impression when I made the appointment that he followed celiacs with care and help with possible other autoimmune diseases. That was not the case which was disappointing but he seems very knowledgeable and helpful on gastro issues.
Dr. Mark Murray talks to you for you can understand what is going on and what procedure he will do. He is very personable. He explains to you what the results are so you can understand what is going on with you. He is very friendly and has a great personality. I highly recommend Dr. Murray.
