Very professional and caring
Dr. Murray and his staff are professional and friendly. They didn't waste time in their call backs on setting up my consult, my procedures or my prescription refills. I felt he was thorough in his questions for my care and I appreciated on this particular visit being able to get in and out quickly for my appt.
Dr. Murray is the best in his particular practice that I have seen. I have been a patient for over 12 years and have had nothing but positive experiences.
Really cares for his patient. Keeps you well informed and makes sure your comfortable with whatever he determines needs to be done. One of the best Doctors I've ever had. You don't know me, but trust me, you won't go wrong with him as your Doctor.

Never had anything but excellent care and treatment from Dr Murray. He was recommended by my family doctor years ago and I would not have had it any other way. Explains what is happening thoroughly, and amazingly (compared to many other doctors) does so in language a non-medical person can understand readily. Would recommend highly. Dry sense of humor which I greatly appreciate, me being of similar ilk. Very professional and helpful staff.
Not very professional, office staff will continually question your insurance coverage. At diagnosis review Murray loves to laugh at "#2 Jokes". At procedure you will get to hear an earful about other patients that he seems to find annoyances about. Upon completion if you are like me he will pile a few more polyps that he claims he cannot remove. More capable Specialists have countered his diagnosis. If you are not serious about your insides he is your guy!!

The challenge with anonymous online comments is that they do not afford us the ability to review patients charts or recap interactions with staff to see where something might have gone wrong and evaluate potential improvements. I encourage my patients to communicate all questions or concerns with me or my staff while at our clinic or anytime thereafter by calling me at the practice. Thank you.
Terrible communication! I am a retired physician and would never "dump" an established patient onto my staff and never inquire about changes in the patient's condition. His staff had to get his approval for us to make an appointment as an established patient. He keeps telling his staff to send medication by phone without knowing about new or different symptoms. I am not a GI doc but believe gross rectal bleeding needs to be evaluated. I will NOT recommend him!

This review describes an instance where we could have done a better job in communicating the reasons for my treatment decisions to the patient and for that I do apologize. I have been going to Dr. Murray for several years and he is one of the only doctors that I have that really takes the time to explain everything to you. His staff is extremely nice and very helpful.
