I loved his ability to calm people down. Oleg walks into the room with a button down, jeans, and cowboy boots, very calm, polite, and accommodating.
I liked him a lot. He took time to explain everything to me and he deserves a 5 star rating!
As follow-up to my previous review, I want to offer a correction. The medication prescribed was NOT a narcotic, but it did contain a controlled substance, requiring my id and signature to pick up, thus my misunderstanding. I was accurate that it included five ninety-day refills with no instruction from Dr. Murray other than 'take one or two tablets four times a day as needed' per the label. My experience with Dr. Murray was not a positive one. 1. I had severe diarrhea. It took 3 weeks to get an appointment. After a 3 minute visit prescribed antibiotics. The prescription was not available for pickup for 8 hours because, I was told, the admin processes all prescriptions at the end of the day. My PCP processes them instantly on his ipad! 2. Very good experience. Professional, courteous, and helpful.
This was my husbands & my first Colonoscopy so we really didn't know what to expect. Dr. Murray and the nurses were fantastic! The went over everything first so we were pretty comfortable with the whole procedure. I highly recommend Dr. Murray and his staff!
