Just wanted to say a huge thank you to the guys and in particular Ellie at Murray & Curry. Absolute flawless service from start to finish. The purchase or sale of property can be a stressful time but with their expert advice and 10/10 communication i can actually go as far as to say it was a pleasure, even enjoyable! I can highly recommend M&C and again thank you for all your help.

I rented a property managed by Murray and Currie in 2024. I found that the agency was decent and responsive to emails and inquiries. I appreciated that the flat was in good condition when we moved in and that the process to transfer my tenancy was smooth and efficient. Overall one of the least stressful tenancies I experienced during my time in Edinburgh.

I am extremely disappointed with the way this agency has handled my tenancy change, and I feel compelled to leave this review after repeated attempts to resolve the matter amicably. With only five days left before the current tenant leaves, absolutely no paperwork has been completed. Despite the urgency, I have been asked to pay a deposit without having a contract in place — which is both unprofessional and unacceptable.
