I'm only giving a 3 because, we sat in the waiting room for 7 hours. My husband had a blood clot. It was a real life threatening emergency. Once we got in the back, the doctor and nurses were awesome.
Love this hospital! The people that work there are always so nice friendly and gentle when working with me. Wouldn't go anywhere else. Thanks for all you done for me MCCH workers! Your the greatest!
I had a sleep study, not the most fun thing I've ever done. But the tech in the Sleep Science lab was very nice, experienced, and made it much more pleasant an experience than I had expected. The security guard who walked me up to the lab was friendly too, and the ER receptionists, (one was training a new employee), were also. All in all, a good experience in a relaxing environment.
It's a lot of bullshit!! They Never know what they are doing, better be sweet when you're there. They spend too much to me! With the hurry up and wait. I could not get it any other way.
