spent 8 hrs in ER for kidney infection. meds & fluids the cat scan for kidney stone then waiting last 2.5 hrs for results to be discharged and leave this hell whole!!

RecommendedOne of my best friends has been in CCU for a week. At times she has not been an easy patient. A couple of difficult circumstances arose while she has been here. We( her family and I) would like to praise the CCU nursing staff. They have all went out of their way to not only make her comfortable,but also make sure we have been taken care of. The medical staff was great, but their billing department is a joke. When someone is making regular monthly payments and they turn them over to collections without notice then that is horrible way to do business. MCCH should be ashamed to do a young mother that way.
RecommendedA relative had a minor surgical procedure a few weeks. I was the designated "person" and noticed how professional, caring and attentive the staff were and how clean the hospital was. Every person during the visit was fantastic, friendly and truly a healthcare pro! Our surgeon came in and explained the procedure, asked if we had questions, carefully marked and initialed the site. The assisting surgeon came in as well. It's wonderful knowing that we have this level of care right here in the community. Thank you!
