My fiancé and I waited for hours in the er when no one was around then when we finally got back for his kidney stone they put some type of dye in him which hid the stone so he's in pain and they messed up had to get a check up at another hospital who actually helped us! Very disappointed

The hospital staff are not educated on proper intact care of boys. They are forcibly retracting boys and harming them. I would never bring my son here!

Retracting babies is never acceptable. Learn intact care!

Please update your staff on proper intact care. There is absolutely no excuse for the blatant disregard for parental wishes, or the rampant ignorance of the staff regarding intact males. It's a simple fix, and a little education goes a long way.

To know that a hospital is forcefully retracting and tearing the skin of an intact infant is just so sickening. Crossed you off the list of possible hospitals for my family.

Unfortunately, the Radiology department is not up-to-date on respectful, evidence-based care of Intact boys. How sad that medical professionals would be ill-informed and sexually assault a child. For proper Intact care and emergency care for premature, forced retraction, the website "Doctors Opposing Circumcision. org" has very helpful information under the sections titled "Wrongful Foreskin Retraction" as well as "Premature, Forcible Foreskin Retraction: A Memorandum of Evidence-based Medicine". Over 68% of American boys re... read more

I am a first year employee of MCCH and very much enjoy working here. Last week I came to the Emergency Room at MCCH to assist with my grandson and his mother who were both ill. During this experience, I was very pleased with the services provided by my workplace to my family. It was a very busy night, but it didn't take long to get placed in a room and to see health care staff and a doctor. The process was so much faster than when my children were little and had to come to the ER! Most impressive though is how educational an... read more

The people that work in the hospital, regardless of what they do, go out of their way to make the patient comfortable.
