My grandson delivered Angel Gowns there today for me today my prayer is that no one ever has to use them
I had a wonderful stay. The nurses are wonderful on 3north, especially Pam V RN she took excellent care of me and went above and beyond to care for me. Also Dr. Price is such a wonderful doctor and he is so caring.
My experience yesterday was ok. The people were friendly, but I felt like the nurse practitioner didn't really care about my injuries. I think it's a great hospital, except for the E.R. they can be rude, I've had them argue with me over my own comfort. They can be very inattentive. Usually they don't even make sure I can reach the t.v. remote. Luckily yesterday I got nice nursing staff tho.
Every one is very nice and seemed very concerned about the patients and tried to do everything in their power to make sure you are comfortable and well taken care of
Normally I have a great experience with them but the way they treated my son was horrible. The ambulance attendants were very rude. I am going to file a complaint about them. It will not happen again.
Yeah, won't be using this hospital again. Never bill you then call you to collect like you're some kind of dead beat. They assign you a new account # every time you even have lab work done, making their billing process confusing. Not to mention you never receive an itemized invoice detailing your charges. I'm going to request the clinic I use not send any of my lab work to them for anything, if it must be that way I will go to Paducah instead of dealing with this jumbled up mess they call billing
