It took about eight different people to get into our concert even though we won the tickets and meet and greet then eight more for the meet and greet even though the tour manager said we were covered! I am never coming here again!
Security tried to let people in front of those of us who waited hours prior to the event because we were outside even though we were told to wait outside. Thankfully they just let us all in at the same time. Other than that I had a great time and everyone was super friendly. But don't ever expect me to pay $4 for a can of soda again, that's ridiculous

Great place to see a concert, no problems whatever there. Workers were helpful.
Love the old building. Had an awesome time. Security personnel did a fine job of trying to keep everyone safe. Personnel were very good at directing people in the right direction and showing people to their seats so that things would go smooth. The only complaint that I would have is where we were seated the seats as they rise to the back do not rise enough to see very well.
Ive been to the Old National Centre quite a few times, Never had any problems with the security or at the bars! Always had a good time either on concerts or stand up comedy! The staff has always been helpful when I needed any help or info
