RecommendedOverall a nice venue. Especially once you get to know the layout of the historic building. The staff has always been great to me.
The Old National Centre is one of the very best venues Indy has to offer. 3 different rooms for all types of shows and all type of crowd sizes.
Saw Oasis there in 96. I met Noel Gallagher as soon as we walked up, then after the show my friends and I met and hung out with the whole band. One of my best concert memories ever!!! Even my mom met them! (I wasn't old enough to drive)
Went here to see Joe Bonomassa with good friends and really enjoyed the show after they ejected the two belligerent drunks in the rows ahead of us that refused to sit down. If they are going to sell that much alcohol, they might want to add some security. This incident disrupted a full five minutes of the show. The venue was very nice, didn't seem to be a bad seat in the house, and Joe B rocked!

Loved the space for many years. The amazing architecture. The history. The ghosts. Saw many concerts there. Live Nation really has messed things up. The security measures might be important, but it takes too long to get in and they don't open soon enough. 8 pm sharp is when Joe Bonamassa started and they only opened the doors at 7:30 or 7:15 - not totally sure since we were circling since 7p to find parking....

On the night of Joe Bonamassa the doors opened at 7pm. as we generally open doors one hour prior to showtime. Our security team will be reviewing the process of patron entry and will change strategy to hopefully speed entry to shows, especially during the Winter months. The Joe Bonamassa show was fantastic. I am glad we got there early as the lines to get through the security check were long. They need to hire me to photograph shows like this to use for future concert promotions.

Parking is a joke. We tried to find parking for an hour. I was two weeks off surgery and had to walk a mile to the venue. Then when the tickets state the concert starts at 8 sharp (and it did) people are still filing in because the doors didn't open soon enough. And the seats need to be updated. I paid $90 to see the back of someone's head. If they could just adjust the rise of the seats so short people don't get screwed it would be great.
