I loved the Love Jones Musical show and had a Great Experience at Old National Center....
I saw Alice Cooper there this week. The show was great once we finally got in. The doors opened 40 minutes late; a security guy moved us from were we were standing outside waiting for the doors to open, only to end up right where we were when you r staff put us all in a line. I have seen shows there in the past. I was really surprised at how much the ow ERs have let the place go. There was peeling, not chipped, paint on so many of he walls - including in the theatre. Great venue. Could use some paint though. Been there for both concerts and shows and has a great time. Security was a little lax with the pat downs. Most people who carry put there guns in the Small of their backs. Guy who patted me down barely touched me, my friend or the guys with baggy shirts. Just saying.
Good staff who are knowledgeable and helpful.
Always a pleasure and never had a problem with Security. They did appear a little aggressive last evening at Wanda Sykes but otherwise, we normally do not even notice them.
Great venue!! Very close to everything downtown. We walked there and back from our hotel and really enjoyed it! Saw Wanda Sykes and she was amazing !!
