We were in row KK. I could see about 1/2 the stage, depending on which way the person in front of me was tilting her head. I'm fairly tall but it didn't seem to help. Two people next to us didn't even come back after the intermission.

Seven of us, including three kids, went to Sound of Music and the musical was wonderful. The theatre, however, needs a makeover. Our seats were center orchestra, row PP in the center of the row. This row is lower than the one in front of it and we couldn't see a thing. Before the show started, we asked to be moved and were told we could purchase 4 seats closer to the stage for an additional $115 each. This was unacceptable. We alternated between flipping up our seats and sitting on top of them and standing(we were in the las... read more

It was very distracting when the theater allowed people into the theater after the show started. The seats allow you to see the head of the person sitting in front of you; the theater also has seats directly behind pillars, so IF I go back I would look for an aisle seat.

The theater is quite dated and you feel it in seats. By the end of the first act you are greatful to move around. The visual effects and sound where adequate for the production, but I would attribute that to the touring company more then the theater. I would go again if there was a performance that I really wanted to see by I would ensure i sat before row double d on the main floor or move upstairs to the front of the balcony.

The theatre was nice and the parking was close and convenient. The security using wands on everyone was a little bit ridiculous and slowed everyone down. I dunno if they were expecting John Wilkes Booth or what. But I had to remove my pocket knife. Seriously. I think the clientele that was there to see a musical isn't really the kind of people you need to be treating like the TSA does.

6 of us went to see Sound of Music, the tickets were bought for us. These tickets were, main floor, very last row, right. I couldn't see anything on the stage but a head every now and then. The seats were right in front of an exit door, which was constantly be opened and closed....big distraction. The talking on the other side of the door and the flashlights from staff was also very distracting. I was so disappointed that I don't know if I'll ever go back. The seats on the main floor should incline more as the rows go back. ... read more
