Bought prepaid parking to concert and when we got to the parking lot it was completely full walked into the concert and no one asked for our tickets. Very disappointed
There was mass.confusion as to where to.go once you were inside. One employee told us to go forward another said to the right. The 1st time some looked at my ticket & have direction was when I was at my row. Total chaos.
We saw Dancing With The Stars Live last night. The show was wonderful. Our seats would have been great (center balcony row K), but we were crammed in like sardines. You couldn't move for anything. Very uncomfortable!! At intermission it got so hot in the theatre, we were even more miserable.
You pay $15 in advance to reserve a parking spot when they charge $10 at the gate? Seems backwards to me. There's only one person at each bar which makes it take 20-30 minutes to get a drink. At the Jim Jefferies show there were a couple of guys standing behind us talking loudly (we were in the last row). There were at least 2 staff members nearby who could clearly hear them talking over the show yet did nothing; Leaving it up to us to ask them to be quiet.

Hello Nick, Thank you for your feedback, Guest feedback is what helps us change and shape our policies to give our patrons the best possible experience. In regards to parking, we charge $15 in advance for parking. Advance parking is paid for at the time tickets are purchased. The reason Advanced Parking costs more is because you are ensuring that a parking spot is held for you, regardless of what time you show up. For people paying $10 to park on the day of the show, there is no promise of parking, it is first come first ser... read more
They charge more for parking if you pay in advance. What the what? 20-30 minute wait to get a drink and you can't see what they have until you get up there and ask the bartender, since there are no signs anywhere. Prices, yes. Types of beer/wine...nowhere. 2 employees stood around doing nothing while a few guys were talking loudly and making it hard to hear Jim Jefferies. I finally asked them to leave since the staff weren't doing their job. I probably won't go here again, even if it's for something I'd really like to attend... read more

Was there Saturday night for Sound of Music. I find the theater very interesting to look at nice details. I have one problem with this venue is the noise! People eating popcorn/snacks/people dropping their cups etc! I paid $145 dollars for two tickets that's a lot of money when at times u could barely here the actors! A few years ago I was here to see Annie! That was the worse time! You need to stop with the popcorn/drinks etc! I will not be back.
The Sound of Music was wonderful!!! The seats are expensive for what you get. There were very tall people in front of us to the point at times you could barely see the stage. We found some empty seats and moved up so that we could see much better. These seats should be staggered. Such a beautiful old building but the seats need some upgrading!!!
We went to see The Sound of Music. The production was wonderful. Our seats were anything but. We were in Row NN, center stage. The back of the theater levels off and we could not see much around the heads. And the balcony interferes with seeing the top of the stage. I'm 5'8 and the lady in front of me was shorter than me and I still could not see around her head. The Old National Center is a lovely venue but the seats need to be revamped. Even staggering them in each row would help. I will not purchase tickets beyond Row CC ... read more
