Great venue but bathrooms are too few for the crowds. Ruins the experience when you spend the entire intermission in line
The seats were not windowed very well and the bathroom main floor bathroom wasn't laid out very well. I give it the 3 stars for The Little Mermaid production and the beautiful details within the building.
The Little Mermaid Broadway Musical was amazing!! It was a little too WARM in the room...they need to keep it a little cooler when its a packed house! And there was no soap in ANY of the 5 soap dispensers in the ladies bathroom. Thank goodness we had hand sanitizer in our purse! Other than that...the night was wonderful!
It's a beautiful place but the seating definitely needs to be redone. We were on the right side (about 3/4 way back) and couldn't see much of anything at The Little Mermaid because of the seats in front of us...and the way the people were sitting. We ended up leaving at intermission because of it. Also...the crowding of people outside the theater doors was terrible. Maybe open the doors a little earlier? Staff was super friendly though...and the atmosphere was really nice.
I saw Disney's The Little Mermaid last night and what a GREAT theatre to have that show in. Great customer service from staff. It's always nice and clean inside the theatre and the restrooms. I love seeing Broadway shows there.
A show for all ages!! Lively, great talent, wonderful stage production!
