Missed the beginning of our show due to lack of organization at the door. Stood in lines outside in the cold for 45 minutes before we even got inside.

I have never been so disappointed in an event center like I was last night after having to wait 45 minutes outside in the cold to get into the event that I already had tickets for! There were apparently two events with different start times going on that night yet the Murat Theater thought it would be best to have everyone for BOTH events stand in ONE line outside no matter if people had tickets already or not. Manager was so rude! Allowed mass amount of people to sit down 30-40minutes after a show started. We missed all of the beginning of Dancing with the Stars Live on Tour because of the crowds of people in the aisle. Manager's response was that those people had paid. Well I paid too and I was on time and in my seat well before the show started! Thank you for ruining a gift for my 9 year old!

I’d give this place a zero if I could! The staff is rude and has no clue what they’re doing. We bought a parking pass and couldn’t even find a spot! They had us waiting in the wrong line for almost 45 minutes in the freezing temps and then had the nerve to tell us we should’ve gotten here 20 minutes sooner-like that would’ve helped! Epic fail on their part�

Dancing with the Stars, arrived at 6 :45 for the 7:30 show and stood in line for 1:15 min in the freezing cold. Bought these tickets for my mom for Christmas. Missed the first half of the show because of this theatre's lack of organization. They had two sold out shows both entering at the same time. They had to stop doing security at door to get people in. Again, paid $130 dollars per ticket (we bought eight tickets) and finally sat during INTERMISSION. So upsetting, I couldn't even enjoy the second half because I was so ups... read more

I find the staff helpful and polite. I go to Old National Center at least twice a year and from the box office staff to the beverage sales staff all have been polite and answer questions. I would say the only thing I do not like is beverages and food in the theatre during a broadway show. People eat loudly and spill their drinks.
