Awful experience!!!! The manager started yelling at everyone in the will call line that we would need to stand outside in he cold.....there were approx 10 people in line....not our fault you don’t have brought windows opened. It all how you speak to people. Yelling, barking orders is NOT ok to paying customers. According to your FAQ page, if I or someone in my party is in a wheelchair, (or needs accessible seating for a particular show), to ask about the availability for accessible seating for a particular show: "You may stop in to our Box Office or call the toll free number 1-800-745-3000 for seat availability. We will be happy to assist you." That takes me to an automated menu with 3 unhelpful options: 1) buy tickets 2) event information (with only the option or 3) gift cards. Want to pay over $100 for a TSA-style patdown? Then this is your place. It's also likely the fact people were entering late (as indicated by another review) is because of this lengthy security process. Disarming people of their legal devices including pocket knives isn't something we have to live with. No entertainment is worth that.
After a long line at security to see Neil DeGrasse Tyson I was told I could not have a chain on my wallet. They said I had to either take it back to my car, or throw it away. Throw away what my wallet is attached to. Right. I literally prayed it off of my wallet and left it at the ESG desk. I’m asking to be reimbursed. The FOH staff then seated us in the wrong seats, prompting some late comers to make us move. The sound quality was atrocious. Great talent, lame venue.
(FYI- I sent this feedback to Old National initially, but their response was that "it's the nature of concerts". We will never be seeing a show at this venue again after this. It appears that we aren't the only ones who have had an awful time here by the looks of other reviews.) My husband and the Ben Folds show in the Murat Theater. Prepare to be harassed by overcompensating, untrained, and unprofessional "security" staff. They literally detained my friends in the basement of the establishment for standing in the aisle, lied about one of them spitting in a staff member's face (which the staff member later admitted was false under pressure), and were overall hostile, verbally abusive, aggressive, and unnecessarily disruptive of the concert. I'm disgusted by their behavior.

Tom Segura was beyond awesome, but your venue was just awful. I was looking forward to this show for months and we spent a good amount of money to see him. What we got was the equivalent of $5 seats at an off-off Broadway show. I’ve spent far less money on better venues. In a nutshell, my husband & I were sat in stained dining room chairs that were WAY too close together with 0 legroom. I have been to this venue on two other occasions and have not had an issue. Tonight was another story. When I got here (at 7:40, my event started at 7:30) the parking lot had a full sign. I had previously paid $15 for the parking ticket along with my event ticket. The "lady" at the guard shack told me I could *maybe find a spot to park.
