Deluxe, At Old National Centre is the WORST Venue because of the pillars in the room you cannot have an unobstructed view of the stage. We opted for deck seating which had probably the most obstructed views in the room. By moving back & forth we could view parts of the stage, but always had large pillars in our line of vision. We often go to shows in the Egyptian Room which is fine, but as far as the basement, Deluxe, skip it - not worth the frustration. The venue is nice enough but I’ll issue this warning! ONLY USE CASH TO BUY DRINKS!! We had VIP tickets and in the lounge they overcharged my card $10 each time I bought a round of drinks! That’s on top of the tip ! It’s disappointing!

I wish I could give this no stars. My husband and I had tickets to DWTS on Friday night. We stood in horrific lines outside that took forever. By the time we got into our seats the show had been going for 10 minutes. We sat down and our seats were on an aisle. We then missed the entire first half of the show because so many people were continuing to file in and were standing in front of us. It was horrible. We will travel to see other concerts rather than ever return here. Ever.

First experience will probably be my last experience! There were two shows Friday night, which I assume is fairly common. We arrived @ 7:10 with our show starting at 7:30. There were 2 lines wrapped around the block and no one seemed to know what was going on. We wound up missing the first 15 minutes of our show. Once we were in our seats, people kept slowing filling in around us, which caused us to miss even more of the show. We drove from 3 hours away and will spend our money at other venues in the future!

Is it possible to rate lower than a 1? Thanks to the disorganization of the theater we were among the probably 30% of ticket holders who missed almost half of the Dancing With The Stars show last night after being made to wait in 9 degree weather for over 45 min. There was zero security to be found (until you got inside where they were standing around in the warmth) with the exception of the single person I found taking a smoke break by the side of the building. Last night we went here to see Dancing with the Stars. It was one of the worst experiences I have ever had. We had to stand in a line in below freezing temperatures for over an hour only to finally get in after the show had already started. We were also shown to the wrong seats. The show itself was great but I have no idea what they were thinking having two shows there at the same time. I will never go here again. We had our 8 year old granddaughter with us or we would have left without seeing the show.
