Tough to enjoy the show when you treat patrons like cattle at intermission. Employees were rude, and after we found the end of the line, they waved about 20 people in front of us to cut. They also repeatedly walked in between my small child and myself. As we made our way to the top of the stairs, people repeatedly screamed in our ears and barked orders. A lot of money to spend to be treated like an animal.

Thanks for your review, Alice. We do appreciate the feedback. Can we have your contact so we can reach out about this?
My wife and I attended Wicked last night, what a wonderful show. The cast and music were fantastic. A great show indeed. Please let me share that my wife and I have been Broadway in Indianapolis Patron Club Members since 2011 and I have been attending theatre events for over fifty years and I have never missed the opening of a the second act because of a trip to the bathroom. Old National Center certainly needs more women's bathrooms but they don't need fewer men's bathrooms. Changing the basement men's room to a lady's room... read more

Thank you for your review, Jim. We don't love hearing about this. Can you please send us your contact info in a direct message?
Awful bathroom situation. They locked over 100 of us out from the show for 9 minutes because the intermission is too short for the tiny number of bathrooms they have. Will not be in a rush to come back to this theater.

We purchased orchestra seats. I am 5’3” my child only 5’. We both had extreme difficulty seeing the stage. On top of that people were allowed late entry to the show. We missed an entire scene waiting for them to be seated. Throughout the entire show people were allowed to come and go as they pleased. Light was let in every time the door opened. People had to get up to allow the stragglers to get back to their seats. It seemed the doors were being opened every 5 minutes. We will not return.

Have seen musicals here before, but was sadly disappointed this time. We were told we were a few rows up from what we really were. Then the staff letting people in CONSTANTLY throughout the musical. The staff were not quiet about it either. The doors slammed constantly, & they were talking to people they were letting with a volume level that made us miss a quarter of the dialogue. The sound was such that I had difficulty hearing half of the cast throughout the play. Doubt I will be coming back again.

Somewhere along the line the staff here has turned militant with the crowd control. I've been to shows in the past and never experienced the treatment I did at Wicked The Musical. Epic long lines for the women's bathroom with too short an intermission. Unfortunately the staff was patrolling the entrance to the theater and would only allow access in between songs. Hundreds of people waiting outside the theater post-intermission to go back in to see the show they paid big bucks to see. And also, they block door exit at the end... read more

Thanks for this feedback, Tricia. We’d certainly like to know more as well as reach out personally about this. Can you send us your contact info?
We saw Wicked today at the Murat and loved The Show! The seats, however, were horrible. Not only were we having to look through everyone else's heads, but they let all of the late comers in during the show. And we are talking around 30 to 40 people! Then, the same happened after intermission. The door was probably opened 30 times during the show and people were walking the aisles constantly. We will not be seeing any shows here in the future.

Thank you for this review, LeeAnn. May we have your email here or in a direct message? We'd like to reach out about this.
I want to say thank you so much for your excellent customer service, especially from Jessica. I'm handicapped and had never been to a show at this theatre before and she helped take care of our needs right away and in such a friendly and positive manner. The building is beautiful as well. I had a wonderful experience and I'm so appreciative.
You should probably include in your seating chart "by the way your kitchen chairs are more comfortable" so we know not to pay an extra $30 to sit closer.
