RecommendedI went to this ER an ankle dislocation and the staff was amazing. Everyone was polite and kept me calm while addressing my needs and concerns. Dr. Miller grabbed me a warm blanket when he saw I was cold and it was much appreciated. The RNs, techs, RT’s and X-ray tech Mary were all very nice and professional. They really helped me make an awful experience much more tolerable. I would recommend this ER.
THIS PLACE IS A JOKE. DO NOT GET SURGERY DONE THEY WILL MAKE YOU WAIT DAYS IN A ROOM GIVING BS EXCUSES.
Decent place to go for care. Usually get good treatment at urgent care. BUT... Billing on the other hand is a bit crooked. Just spent time on phone over a double billing on the same visit. Come to find out they commonly double bill your insurance for the doctor and office separately. This way they not only hit your insurance twice . But they also hit your pocket twice with out of pocket costs instead of just one copay. Guess this is one way to scam patrons and insurances out of extra money..
Dr Megan D Bonanni is the worst doctor ever. Never came back to tell me what’s going on with my legs. Sends someone in to discharge me with the diagnosis that I have pain. Idiots! That is why I came in because I could hardly walk. Gave me a single Valium and discharged me. Worst ER ever.
RecommendedThe staff at Munson were amazing!! Unfortunately I have been in and out of the hospital quite a few times this year. They have helped me through lots of tears and hard times with my new illness. I will forever be grateful to them.
You can start to LISTEN to your Patients. I went to GR and they found out what was wrong, after 5or 6 visits to you ER, you said you could not find anything. you sure found my bill.
RecommendedThe medical family there are so friendly and caring. Lord knows I've had problems staying on the floor, outpatient area is amazing. The nurses are wonderful.
Total neglect of the first law of healing- do no harm. I was refused medical care after having a CAT scan because I wouldn’t hand over my cell phone. Absolutely pathetic. I will be taking legal action. If I die in my sleep because of internal bleeding near my left temple it will be on Munson’s hands for lack of medical care during an emergency. Totally disgusted and shocked.
RecommendedDr. Smith has saved my life more than once now due to complications after mastectomies. He and the whole staff are so friendly! They truly care. I miss you all and can't wait until I see you again for my fourth and final surgery!!
