RecommendedArrived in severe pain from 10 broken ribs from a dirt bike crash. Got prompt, caring attention and compassionate professional care right away. Dr. was thorough in his trauma eval and really cared about helping ease my pain. ER, ICU, and Med floor Nursing and support staff were great! I was in extreme pain and they did all they could to help me.
RecommendedI can't believe I just received a bill from care Munson Health, grayling,Michigan after 1 year. Seems they had an audit and I haven't overpaid, but the charges that they sent me on an itemized statement for the use of the room for less then 3 hours went from $1,141.50 to $1,608.10. A difference of $466.60. Now I could see if they missed the charge completely, but to let me know they under billed - it seems like extortion? If you value your life do NOT go to this hospital. The drs are not up to date with medical knowledge and technology. I personally know horror stories of people’s experiences here. Go downstate! (If you can of course) for those who have to go here I pray for you!

Do not go to this hospital!!! They do not care about you. They treat you like a number, not a person. I came in with left side pain and they treated me like I just wanted pain meds. No tests besides a urine test. DON'T GO TO THIS HOSPITAL!!!!

Munson Healthcare Otsego Memorial Hospital, you need to educate your nurses on The Americans with Disabilities Act. Some people have medical issues that impede oxygen and make wearing a mask DANGEROUS to their health. Your nurses harassed, chastised, and KICKED OUT a pregnant woman with a valid medical reason for foregoing a mask. Today, June 24, 2020 my husband came with me for my first prenatal check at Otsego Memorial Hospital in Gaylord. This is my third child and am 18 weeks along.
