All the staff here have been wonderful. But Megan in scheduling has been exceptional. She takes the time to listen to what you need and does everything in her power to get you in and get you helped. When you are dealing with severe pain this is so important. A day, week or hour can make all the difference in the world. Thank you Megan and Dr. Burke. The relief you have given me makes all the difference in the world.
I have been going to Munson comprehensive Spine and Pain Management for over a year now. They treated me well when I was there this time but something was missing. The real caring people were gone. The human touch was missing. I don't know where the real caring people went to that I saw before. People in severe pain need extra care. Let's improve things again.
Garbage customer service. Vote with your dollars, these people are doing damage to the quality of life for chronic pain sufferers.
