Total charge for 5 stitches in the ER. This is *after* the Blue Cross adjustment. Original charge was over $1800. OBSCENE.

August 17th Monday 2020, me and my husband went in to the er with our 8 month old, she had/has a very bad diaper rash with some blisters, we waited in the waiting room for five hours, which we understand because there was an ambulance coming in but when we got back to the patient rooms, we waited 45 minutes for a doctor or a nurse to come see us. And when the doctor came in his name was Michael mitry, he was rude and told me that she just had A regular diaper rash and I should be using Desitin and airing her out which I was ... read more

I wouldn’t recommend this place to ANYONE actually needing CARE THAT WOULD NOT HAVE TO BE FIXED BY REAL MEDICAL PROFESSIONALS AT A LATER DATE. my daughter (not with me, her mother), was brought here Friday, the 14TH. She broke both arms, wrists, and even more. They put her under and “set a bone in place”. Fast forward to Monday, the 17, taking her now in my care to an orthopedic doctor (xrays were handed to him from this complete gong show of a hospital), and he took way more of his own. We were RUSHED TO OUR LOCAL TRAUMA HO... read more

Lost time sensitive patient information and didn’t not call back (for over a week when it should’ve been less than 24hours) with results from sample that was provided and difficult to acquire. Fortunately because I followed up this person will not have worsened life threatening issues.

You guys are truly ignorant and pathetic. Doctors & nurses can have their mask under their nose, but as soon as a patient has their mask under their nose you guys refuse the work that needs to be done because that could be putting you guys in danger but yet you guys can put the patients in danger by doing the same thing?! Like how stupid can you guys be ?

Just had a baby in the maternity ward at Munson Traverse City. There wasn’t a single nurse that didn’t make me feel respected and informed about my care. Every single person I came into contact with was friendly and compassionate. Although I did have an outstandingly awesome night nurse working with me from the time my daughter was born to the next morning that I wish I could give a person bonus. Elizabeth, I didn’t get your last name but you worked 8/6/20 into 8/7/20 with me in room 1117 and if your boss sees this I hope yo... read more
