I ordered a waterproof mattress and duvet cover for an elderly relative as it was advertised as next day delivery. it took the company 3 weeks to deliver the mattress and did not pas on my specific instructions to the courier regarding delivery. I phoned nearly every day for 3 weeks asking when delivery would be to be told I would receive a call back that never came. Very reliable and good prices
I purchased a Sfonia superior mattress with a waterproof cover. What I got was a slab of reconstituted foam. Now everyone makes mistakes so I emailed.... no reply then I called and was told by David the director to return the mattress at my expense and he would refund or just accept the replacement So I said fine replace it with the correct one.... 3 weeks later noattess no reply. Thieves!!! Completely dishonest horrible company. Paid £463 for furniture that they claimed would arrive a week later, 5 weeks on and no sign of it! Customer services were useless and only dealt with new sales (how CONvenient!) and the number for after sales just rings and rings and rings (surprise surprise) all emails were blanked and thankfully after 5 weeks HSBC did a charge back and retrieved the money they stole from me. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!!!
