Their surgery room was great..... Didn't wait to long. Surgery was fast and everyone was both professional yet fun! My back feels much better!!!!

I drive to Covington from Tacoma you don't have to wait Appointments. Where I might wait months to get appt in Tacoma you can get it quick with specialty doctors

My Son had surgery on Monday Sept 26th. From our check-in through recovery and dismissal....The entire staff was amazing. Truly appreciate all the care that was given

Worst hospital I have ever been to. My dad was admitted here and when my mom and I went to go visit him, the nurse was so rude! If she could talk to me and my mom with such attitude, I can't imagine how she speaks to the patients. I can't angry just thinking about her speaking to my dad with such rudeness. All the while she is speaking to me and my mom so rudely for being lost, the other nurses and officers standing guard just watch and listen. Waited over 5 hours for my 16 year old to be seen. Was told first come first serve...not true!!! People that came in 2 hours after us got seen before us!!! Won't ever use this ER again!!!
