I'll go to MultiCare a lot I'm a diabetic I see a doctor there is a very nice and courteous person I also have my main doctor their doctor show she is a very good doctor the people there are very nice and courteous to me that both dr. Sides I've seen multiple doctors there and I have never had a problem I've been to the or and they were wonderful it must be other people's attitude or maybe they do just get bad service but I have never had it I am happy they are there thank you for everything both Eye Care
Went to Covington multicare emergency room and thought I had a mini stroke doctor wrote it up as dehydration and my insurance didn't pay. Now they say I owe 440000. This is not a joke this happened March 2017 now I will lose my house and will go to jail
Everyone is soooo nice there and does a great job. Great bad side manner. Just great people
I go to Physical Therapy there. Customer service is huge for me. The staff there are very friendly. They always greet everyone as the enter and exit the office. They were extremely helpful when scheduling my appointments. I can tell they enjoy what they do and who they work with.
I was at the clinic for my endoscopic nasal surgery on Wednesday March 8th 2017. The care given to me was excellent! All of my care team from Dr. Christine Puig my ENT surgeon, Dr Kouri (sp?), my anesthesiologist (awesome lady!), my nurse Paula and Peter the chaplain plus one more nurse whose name is can't remember were very professional, caring, empathetic and supportive. Their work and caring attitude made a real and positive difference and impact on me.
Always a good, thorough visit!! Most times pretty quick.
