We are changing clinics after more than one bad experience. The providers at the pediatric clinic are not respectful of parents insight or preferences. I made a visit back for what I thought would be a few vaccines. We drove all the way from Auburn for one shot. Dr. Roa completely disregarded my insistence that my infant sons vaccines be staggered. He received so many at his six month visit that he got a large painful ball at each injection site. My happy baby was miserable for days. I didn't realize at the time that he'd be... read more
By reading all of these negative comments does not give me confidence in this particular hospital.
I am still sorting it out.Was a different appointment.
We absolutely love pediatrics! Especially Dr.Morton! He's been my sons peds doctor since he was born and now that he's 5 years old it's the same, respectful and loving doctor. The service there is always great! The employees in pediatrics are amazing! I wish there was a forever time capsule and Dr.Morton can live forever to be my son's doctor.
I took my son in to Urgent care in Kent, but they were closed at 6:10pm. So we decided to go to the Multicare in Covington. My son was triage pretty quickly, and the doctor decided to send him to the ER instead. We got checked in around 7 pm or so. My son was triaged fairly quickly, and was told to wait in the,waiting area. The ER was not busy, I am not sure how,many rooms were occupied, but after 3 1/2 hrs we gave up, and left and went to Valley Medical where we were triaged and in a room within hour. I entered the ER and it was pretty barren, as in, no one there waiting to be triaged or taken back. So, all starts off well till after I get triaged and I'm doing nothing but playing the whole waiting game while in extreme ear pain. Then, long after a hour I had seen the doctor, which was all but 5 minutes, I was finally released with a script after I had to get huffy to leave. I get my rx and the directions are wrong... I have been w multicare under 3 different insurance plans and have always been satisfied w doctors, P.A.s and intake employees.
Whenever I need to go to the ER there I am perfectly satisfied with their services. I went on Tuesday it was somewhat busy but that is to be expected at any emergency facility. Today I got a phone call from them asking me how I was doing and if I needed anything. I so appreciate that phone call.
