I came in on 8-23-18 with a head and neck injury that happened at work, told the nurse I was light headed, foggy vision, she even checked my breathing and told me it was low. So knowing everything about head injury’s and what I was going through and still am today. Why was I not checked on by anyone for a little over an hour. I got put in a room, checked and left
