I was seen immediately on Sunday at 4:30pm. The MD who examined me for a sudden onset 3 day back spasm with extreme pain was very receptive. I was afraid he would think I was opioid shopping. He was so reassuring, said he too had episodic issues with pain and that urgent care is there to help after I had apologized profusely for having to be seen. He referred me for massage tx and gave me muscle relaxer meds and a non opioid pain drug. Although still in pain I am pleased with my care.

Care was A+ had to go three times for help and each and every time left feeling better and knew that they had my best interest in my care

I live in Auburn, ive been to Valley Med. Center several times for asthma attacks and various things. After long wait times and just not liking the way i was treated. So went to Covington for a Asthma attack agian and love there hospital! The staff, the professionalism they give every person. Lastnight i actually went there for Swimmers ear. It was the longest wait ive ever had there. 20 min from entering door to being seen. They check for many things as routine to make sure your ok to be discharged. I had a been to another provider's urgent care twice before going to MultiCare ER. The woman at the reception desk was so welcoming and nice - and could see how much pain I was in. I immediately got into a room and everyone we encountered was professional and patient. They took the time to figure out my diagnoses, whereas the other place didn't really do anything. I will be coming back for any of my medical needs.
