Capital Medical Center has the worst billing protocol! Been trying to get a hold of someone higher up to deal with this conflict but instead I keep talking to different people that all tell me different things.
I would rate negative stars if possible. I was referred to as "liver girl" during my stay, then the ER doc said, "Your liver has failed, you'll probably need a transplant, do you want to go to Swedish or UW?" Then he walked away. I had an allergic reaction to medication that affected my liver, never had a transplant and didn't die. ABSOLUTELY COLD and CRUEL treatment.

Well I have been sitting in your emergency room for 6 hours with very little contact. 3 hours late on surgery and nobody has told us why.
Worst ER ever!!!!!!! Husband has open head wound, blood everywhere and we've been waiting hours to be seen!!!!! GO TO ST PETERS HOSPITAL!!!!! THIS ONE SUCKS!!! BEEN OVERS 3 HRS AND NOTHING!!!!!!
I was treated as a drug addict and mocked and laughed at by the doctors and nurses very unprofessional!
Very helpful and attentive. Wonderful bedside manner along with a sense of humor that wins me over everytime I've had outpatient Surgery. Thank you for everything!
