The hospital could use some updating. The beds in ambulatory surgery are in need of replacement. But the staff is great and the surgery went well.
They're great if you have private insurance. If you have medicare & medicaid, they do everything they can to get you out as fast as they can whether it's safe or not. Don't trust them. They act like they care but it really is just an act. Their actions prove otherwise.
Love Capital. The staff were all great and friendly. The building was as clean and friendly as I have ever seen. Reminded me of how Centralia General used to be. Floors sparkling like marble. Clean, spacious rooms and very friendly volunteers. Espescially to provide needed comfort for waiting families. No druggies hanging around er or waiting rooms.
This was my first experience being a patient here and was put at ease from the minute I walked into this place. Last Thursday I had my pre op and from the front desk to the lab, ekg, and X-rays they made me laugh all anxiety gone. Yesterday was my surgery and they listened to everything I had to say and answered every question. They accommodated wheeling me into the operating room and when I told them I didn't want to see this room night night is all I've got to say. Excellent care and service above and beyond.
Had to wait a while to get a room but once I was back it went pretty fast. Most of the staff are pretty friendly but it depends on who you get.
Yesterday I had surgery in the outpatient wing to remove some bad veins. Nurses were excellent and things went according to planned. Anesthesia team was incredible; I've got a narrow airway and had no issues. I was in and out relatively quickly; staff was very good at making sure I was as comfortable as possible. - Great hospital for day surgery this team has got it down! If you need your varicose veins fixed Dr Dietz is the guy too see!
This hospital is a joke. They treat you like crap! They don't care how long you wait. The doctors here don't even know how to do there job!! Worst hospital I have ever been too. I think it needs to be re-evaluated... because this hospital is absolutely awful. All they do is sit on there asses and laugh and talk like there at a dinner party. This hospital sucks.. I hate going here.
