Absolutely the best hospital and care I have ever received. Everyone was always right there when I called and willing to help . Fabulous staff.Thanks it was my third knee surgery on the same knee, total replacement this time, so extremely challenging, nervous, and scared, but they took all those feelings away.Dr. Patrick Halpin was my surgeon, he was amazing . definitely would recommend him..

I went there with a torn ACL and got stuck in a room with meth heads and crack whores tweekin out 3 feet away that was freezing and got ignored every time a nurse walked by me. Also the lady at the front desk bumped my leg into the wall and laughed about it like it was okay. I would've rather felt with the pain and drove an hour to tacoma than get treated poorly here.

The caring staff, you are treated with kindness and compassion. The food is first rate. They utilize a chef. It is my hospital of choice if I ever need another admit

The patient care I received was excellent. The billing department and policies are horrible. I over paid my bill on the day of surgery 5 months ago and they still refuse to refund the money, even though they agree I over paid! As employees of the hospital we are forced to use this hospital for medical services and EVERY TIME we have been incorrectly over charged and received HORRIBLE customer service from billing. Worst experience ever at a hospital. Could of taken 5 seconds to look at my boyfriends abscess on his leg to determine what it is(we thought it was a spider bite), instead we waited 3 hours in the waiting room and another 3 hours to finally come see him. Should of went to St. Petes.

I'm not happy with them right now. The pain I'm in, I should have stayed in the hospital.
