Went to ER because I had fallen day before. I was in a lot of pain in my lower back and hip. Told them it was painful to sit (wheelchair). What do they do...wheel me into triage the Doctor ask me some questions (did not introduce himself) said we are going. To do X-rays...less than 5 minutes later they wheel me to the lobby,where I sat for 30 minutes.after the x-rays I am back in lobby.5 minutes later a nurse comes out and discusses what the results are-in the lobby in front of other patients. Had total knee replacement my whole experience has been outstanding staff and DR top notch would definitely recommend and come here again.
Short staffed in ER. I came by ambulance and was took to the lobby instead of to a room. Had severe back pain. Was medicated then sent home and even medicated I didn't feel well enough to leave or able to take care of myself. Still struggling a bit. This was yesterday though. Do better board of directors. I don't hold fault with your staff but with those in charge of the hospital.
I was there there for hip replacement surgery, on the morning of surgery, my great NURSES New that soming was wrong, Blood clots. So I will be back they took great care of me an my Husband.
