Here is why you would not want to book a appointment with Dr. Karen Mullins. You don't get help. Had appointment on Monday and was told we will call back today with treatment plan. It is now Friday and no call. We have even called the office back each day, and still no word back.
This doctor does NOT care about patients at all and discharged me without a reason and I have a diagnosed serious neurological disease
She is a really rude and has white coat syndrome!! Never in my life has a Dr been so condescending. I will never refer her to anyone!!’
It was like Dr. Karen Mullins actually wanted to hurt my feelings. How can anyone be this awful to patients? I wish I had never met her.
I have been seeing Dr. Mullins for 4 years and have always found her to be prompt, sympathetic and a great listener. She has helped me tremendously
I have a very severe tremor. My previous physician retired and I had to look for a new doc. I heard about Dr Mullins from my primary care doctor. She explained the medications and how they works and my disease to me. I am doing well and am very happy with her help.

I read the reviews before going to my first appointment and saw there were more negative reviews than positive reviews but decided I would keep my appointment and decide for myself. After seeing Dr. Mullins multiple times now, I can attest to all of the negative comments. I have seen many doctors due to my profession and caring for elderly and she is by far the worst I have ever met. She is rude and appears as though she despises her job and life.
I love Dr Mullins. She is such a great person. She listens to me very well when discussing symptoms and always comes in with a smile on her face. She has helped me come a long way from when I first started seeing her.
