I’ve always had a positive experience at Elite Acura. The team is friendly and professional. In addition, Ryan Fabian was my service advisor. I spoke to him about the idle stop issue with my MDX. This was a concern I had since it randomly stalled three times over the past year. Easiest car buying experience so far. Steve made the process stress free, and helped us to compare a couple of vehicles. Steve is genuine and very knowledgeable about the cars. Jon was detailed oriented and signing papers was a breeze. Will refer family and friends to him and the dealership.

Daniel was a knowledgeable, honest and charismatic salesman. Who took his time and showed interest in helping us get our new car. He made sure to make the process as quick and smooth as possible. He always was very engaging which made the time go by faster.
We stopped by on a busy Friday Afternoon to “look” at the 25 Mdx A Spec. Despite having scheduled appts already, our sales member Ryan Outz had a car brought over to see, went on a test drive with us and managed to complete the sales AND trade in paperwork quickly and WAS VERY helpful. Another shout out to Sam McHale in finance who got our sales paperwork completed quickly as well. Very painless process and we highly recommend ACURA COLUMBUS.

Elite Acura takes great care of their customers. CJ was great to work with. I came in with a flat tire and about 1 hour later, my tire was fixed and I was on my way!
