Above and beyond I had only one criteria that had to be met... my car had to be blue. (There aren't many blue RDX’s out there). I was about to give up when I was told to give Lance a call. (My sister bought a car from him a year ago). Fluid process, no pressure, transparent Left another dealership dissatisfied and unable to negotiate a deal. Drove straight to Muller in Schaumburg. Muller was inviting, respectful, and laid-back. Pricing was fair. Granted, they attempted to play the interest rate game but you can't blame them for trying to turn a profit. To this end if you're well prepared and prequalified on a loan they will back down to accommodate.

Easiest car buying experience All the staff at the dealership were really friendly and very courteous. We worked with Rene and he made things really simple and easy. There was absolutely no feeling of being pressured or pushed. He listened and let us talk through what we were looking for specifically.
