The dealership was very nice,friendly, and helpful. They explained everything to the fullest. Gave me a courtesy car with no problem.
Great dealership and amazing customer service from Steve Victor!! Informative but not pushy method of sales and really went out of his way to understand and meet our needs. Valued our perspective and the fact that buying or leasing an expensive SUV is not always a simple decision. Considering I have been loyal to GM for so long due to my father retiring from there and having access to discounts, he made this transition into a beautiful vehicle seamless. Would highly recommend this dealership and specifically Steve Victor.
Matt did a great job getting us into the right car! He was very patient and answered our questions-didn’t make us feel rushed in our decision. Most of all, he oriented us to the changes present in the new MDX! I would encourage anyone wanting to buy a new car to visit Matt at Acura in Dublin!

I have used this dealership since 2006 and have always been pleased. Tge facility is clean and organized with a nice lounge for waiting whine huge car is serviced. The technicians are friendly yet professional. My questions have always been answered .

I recently moved to the area and needed an SUV for my wife. The staff at Elite Acura were very welcoming and helpful. Joe Inglima in particular made my wife and I comfortable through the process and got us exactly what we needed. Five months later I went back to Elite Acura and Joe for an SUV of my own. It was the same pleasant and effective experience the second time around. Doing business has been easy and straightforward. I will be back again when the time comes.

Friendly and thorough! It so easy and quick to text my issues and get a repair date. Service people are friendly and knowledgeable. Being able to get a loaner is an awesome perk! If only we didn’t have to wait three weeks to get one. That can be challenging in a one car family.
