Great experience My first visit to Muller Acura was a very good experience. This was the first car I have purchased for myself in 11 years. I’m not a car person and I don’t like to shop. Great servuce All the people at Muller’s from sales to service were outstanding. I brought my wife’s 2008 TL in for recommend maintenance we were given a 2019 TLX as loaner. Chris in service was very helpful after my wife drove the loaner she decided she wanted a new one. Chris helped explain the differences in the new packages for the TL and introduced me to Lance. The rest of the story is a very happy new TLX owner.

Great Experience Lance at Acura in Schaumburg was great to work with and very helpful through the entire process. He showed me all the details on my car and explained everything very detailed so I knew what I was getting with the vehicle. I was able to get the car I wanted for a great price.
Went to look at a suv here. Was in communication with Rene as well as the used car sales manager on the phone a couple of times and drove an hour to go look at an SUV they had for sale.there was a note about a previous accident but it was fixed and was told that there was nothing wrong with anything with the truck as far as the paint goes.
