This was the best experiment I have ever had with a dealership. We discussed exactly what I wanted and within 24 hours I left with a 2020 MDX. The staff at Mueller Acura are amazing to work with. Very good experience! I can't say enough good things about this dealership. I have been dealing with Muller Woodfield Acura since my first MDX in 2005. Everyone from Scott Muller, Chris Eugenis, Lance Dailey and Myles Bauer are all very professional, knowledgeable and cordial. Stress Free Buying Experience Absolutely loved working with Lance. When taking our MDX for a test drive he showed us all the amazing new features in such a fun way. He knows Acuras! Incredible experience. First Acura purchase and if (when) I buy another it will be through my friend, Lance. Lance took the time to call me at 9pm Monday night to walk through prices. Right away, I knew he was a sales professional I could trust. Straight forward and honest. He took the time to ensure I fully understood my car and was truly excited for me as I was buying the car. His energy was contagious. I was blown away by the professionalism of the dealership. They made it a truly luxurious experience.

1st Visit, warranty service Brought my TLX in for a complex warranty repairs, Ken was friendly and great in keeping me informed. I was provided a loaner and my repair was completed in a reasonable amount of time.
