Always a pleasure to do business at Muller’s Woodfield Acura I went in for new brakes and came out with a new car! I had an RDX, I had never had any problems with it, but with almost 115,000 miles, it was time for new brakes. Then I decided, I had never spent any money on service, maybe it was time for a new car. Great car, great experience. Our family has now bought 3 cars from Muller Acura and we're sure to be back in the future. Our salesman Lance Dailey was easy to work with and we were satisfied with the deal. The 2020 RDX is a pleasure to drive and has major improvements over the last design. Very rude, i. Hurry sales person Recently visited the dealership, Barb was extremely rude and was just in hurry to get us out and was very terrible at explaining. Even though we sent a letter from the dealership it turned out to be in error but she was rude about us coming to the dealership and asking questions.

Excellent experience I worked with Lance Dailey on the purchase of my new 2020 Acura RDX. Lance was a true professional and very helpful throughout the car buying experience. He wasn’t pushy and strives to understand my situation and worked hard to get the numbers where I needed them to be. I would recommend anyone looking for a new Acura to Lance.

Lance is a tech expert. Lance helped me pick out my perfect car! He was overly patient explaining every bell and whistle my RDX with the tech package contained . He stayed late to make sure I understood every facet of my new car. I am very appreciative of his time and attention and would recommend his knowledge to any Acura consumer!
