Recall Service - Muller's Acura Did NOT Care I received a SAFETY RECALL from Acura for my 2015 TL. I called the service department to schedule an appointment and the Service Tech (Mark) tells me the 1st available appointment is June 4 (7 weeks away). I inquire that it seems like a long time to fix a known SAFETY RECALL. Mark tells me "well, unless you are an Uber driver, it shouldn't be an issue." I reiterate it is a safety recall. Apply the KISS principle: Keep rules and procedure pages simple and short, or else people will not read them, and may avoid the project. Similarly, try to keep the number of rules short, and avoid redundant pages when a single one may suffice.
Loving my new RDX I had a great experience with Lance and Rene. Lance was knowledgeable and thorough. He was very professional and did not pressure me. He stayed late (after hours) with me, as I stopped over on a week night, however I never felt rushed through the process. Thank you both!

RUDE SERVICE MANAGER - CANCELLED AFTER COMMITTING!!! Horrible Service, simply MEAN and unprofessional. Mark - 32 years with the company, you should know better than that. If you want to cancel appointment, CALL THE CUSTOMER AND LET THEM KNOW UPFRONT, DON'T COMMIT AND THEN CANCEL WHEN THEY SHOW UP AT THE SERVICE DESK. IT IS SIMPLY RUDE!!!
